Prince Rogers Nelson signed with Warner Bros. Records in 1977 on the strength of a demo he recorded alone, and wrote, played and produced most of his own albums. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and died on April 21, 2016.

The midheaven is at 29°43′ Leo, and Pluto at 29°58′ of Leo is a fraction of a degree further on. Turning the sky forward, the midheaven met Pluto one minute after 6:17 p.m. In the tradition the midheaven is the point of career and public standing, and a planet on it is read as a strong mark on the public life. Pluto is linked with power and reinvention.
Pluto itself was on a sign edge. Between October 1956 and June 1958 it crossed back and forth between Leo and Virgo five times, and on June 7, 1958, it was in its last minutes of Leo. It moved into Virgo for good on June 10. That is why a Pluto in Virgo turns up in some versions of his chart.
