The 1980 Jupiter and Saturn meeting, caught in Libra
Jupiter at 8°18′ of Libra and Saturn at 8°56′ are joined within 0°38′, the tightest aspect here. The two planets meet about every twenty years, and this meeting came three times in Libra, first at the turn of 1980 and 1981, two weeks after her birth, and last in July 1981. The pairing suggests growth joined to structure, here in the sign of balance.
Placidus puts both in the 7th house of partnerships, Whole Sign in the 9th, tied to travel and far audiences. Pluto at 23°54′ of Libra is in the same sign, which a whole generation shares.

Sun, Mercury and Neptune near the top, Venus on the opening degree
The Sun at 26°54′, Mercury at 19°45′ and Neptune at 22°33′ of Sagittarius fall in the 10th house by Placidus, the area linked with career and public standing, and the 11th by Whole Sign. The midheaven at 11°18′ Sagittarius is in the same sign, and Mercury and Neptune are 2°48′ apart.
Venus at 0°29′ has only just entered Sagittarius. With the three above it, four of the ten planets sit in a fire sign of travel and belief, and Jupiter, its ruler, is in Libra.

Aquarius on the horizon until 10:55 a.m.
Aquarius held the Staten Island horizon from 9:30 a.m. to 10:55 a.m., with Capricorn before it. Pisces took over 9 minutes after the birth, so the ascendant at 26°22′ Aquarius is near the end of the sign.
Tradition links Aquarius rising with an independent, forward-looking first impression. Its older ruler, Saturn, is in Libra, and its modern ruler, Uranus, is in Scorpio.

Venus meets Uranus, 2°47′ apart in two signs
Uranus is at 27°42′ of Scorpio, close to the end of Scorpio, and Venus at 0°29′ of Sagittarius is at the start of the next sign. They are conjunct within 2°47′, which points to a taste for the unexpected.
Uranus rules the Aquarius ascendant in modern practice, so the rising sign connects to this pair. It is a 9th-house planet by Placidus and a 10th-house one by Whole Sign.

A full day of Taurus Moon, trine Mars
The Moon at 14°44′ of Taurus entered the sign at 10:37 a.m. on December 17, 24.1 hours before the birth, and leaves at 11:40 a.m. on December 19. By Placidus it lies in the 2nd house; Whole Sign moves it to the 4th.
Tradition gives a Taurus Moon a taste for steadiness and sensory comfort. It trines Mars at 20°25′ of Capricorn, 5°40′ from exact, both in earth, so drive comes with patience.
